To help make your stay at Hilton Vacation Club Cancun Resort Las Vegas in Las Vegas as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review the hotel policies below. These guidelines cover important details such as check-in and check-out times, guests, children, pets, and payments, so you know what to expect throughout your stay.
- Groups
When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
- Internet
WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
- Parking
Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).
- Pets
Pets are not allowed.
- Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any cots. You haven't added any extra beds.
- Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Resort fee plus tax that is not included in the quoted rate will be collected by the hotel upon check-in. The resort fee is subject to tax. The daily resort fee includes: - Pool and water slides - Hot tub - Fitness room access - In-room coffee/tea maker - In-room local and toll-free calls - Free WiFi - Business center access - Boarding pass printing Pool Policy: Daily pool access is available to registered guests only. Only registered guests of the resort will be allowed access to the pool. The property cannot accommodate pool parties. Please note that free in-room WiFi has a 2-device limit. Additional devices may be added at a surcharge. If you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time) please contact the resort prior to arrival. Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.
